What is Moon Zoo?

Moon Zoo aimed at studying the lunar surface in great detail. Although the project is no longer running, you can still acces the publications produced by the project and download and explore the data used in the publications.

What do you do?

The project asked people to help scientists explore the lunar surface by answering a series of questions about what you saw. You could mark craters, see which of the two images had the most boulders, and see all the people working on the classifications around the world.
